Standard shipping is by letter without tracking number, if you require tracking you can upgrade at checkout.

Normal delivery times:

Denmark: 1-2 days

Sweden, Finland, Norway: 2-6 days

EU: 3-6 daysRest of the world: 5-15 days 

These are the estimates given by Post Nord (the Danish state post), sometimes it takes longer due to unforeseen events (e.g. corona) or custom handling times.

Due to hygiene reasons I don’t accept returns or exchanges of earrings and other piercing jewelry, within EU I accept returns or exchanges on all other jewelry but I won’t refund the cost of original postage and the buyer is responsible for return postage and that it arrives safely and in unused condition.

Unfortunately, I can’t accept returns or exchanges from outside of EU as the custom paper work is both expensive and time consuming.

I know it can be hard to buy online so I’ve included as many measurements and photos as possible on my products but you’re very welcome to contact me if you have any questions before buying.
