I make this pendant by first making a ring of 2.5mm round sterling silver wire, I then take it through a rolling mill a couple of times to make it flatter, then I take only the tip through the rolling mill several times to give it the teardrop shape.
Lastly I take it through my patterned rolling mill to give it the "snakskin" pattern. I oxidize it and polish it to bring out the detail.
