These labrets are made with sterling silver and rose cut 4mm blue sapphires set in a simple cabochon setting, the little post in the back push into the bioflex back so they sit securely.
The bioflex post comes in 18g (only 6mm and 7mm) 16g or 14g and in a number of different lengths.
As you can see the sapphires I have are slightly different in color so please let me know if you have any special wishes.
