These labrets are made with semi precious gemstones in a cabochon setting on top of a triangular disc made from recycled sterling silver.
They have a sterling silver post in the back that push in to the bioflex backing so they sit securely. The bioflex post comes in 18g (only 6mm 16g or 14g and in a number of different lengths.
18g -1mm, 16g -1.2mm, 14g -1.6mm

Please note that the sunstone isn't rose cut as in the picture bur a smooth a cabochon.
The silver is oxidized and given a slightly rough finish.
