Beautiful raw lapis lazuli (most of them with little specks of pyrite) wrapped in oxidized sterling silver wire.
The band of the ring is 5mm wide and 1.2mm thick. I solder on a small strip of silver with two holes on to the ring and then I put the silver wire through both the stone and the holes so the stone sits securely.
The stone is wrapped in recycled sterling silver that I've oxidized and brushed to give a worn antiqued look.
The one in the picture is a US 7 (17,5mm inner diameter) but I can make these in any size so just let me know in the comments what size you want.
